Chelsea Clinton's previous Manhattan flat has gone into contract pretty much two weeks subsequent to hitting the business sector.

The three-room unit on the tenth floor at the Fabulous Madison apartment suite was last recorded at $5.995 million.

There were various offers for the property and the triumphant offer originated from a U.S. purchaser, posting specialist Karin Posvar Picket of Corcoran, told Manor Worldwide.
