Craig Strickland’s Bandmates Remember Late Singer: He’ll ‘Always Be With Us’

Craig Strickland's memory lives on through his numerous friends and family. The 29-year-old's five bandmates united to compose a touching message out of appreciation for the late artist after his body was found on Jan. 4, and it's unquestionably a tragedy. Look at their full tribute here. 


Hours after Craig's body was recuperated, the Byway Hymn folks shared a selfie of the entire gathering on Instagram, highlighting the lead artist blazing a tremendous grin while holding out the camera to get everybody in the shot. Shockingly, the message that accompanied the pic was much sadder. 


"Today we lost our sibling, our closest companion, our bandmate. Craig was the most stunning individual whose energy forever couldn't be coordinated," the folks, Toby Freeman, Eric Dysart, Josh Bryant, Brandon Robold and Isaac Senty, composed. "Appreciative to know he battled his way from the water to a slope and was lying fit as a fiddle of a cross on his back admiring his Great Father." 


In the wake of including a message from the Book of scriptures, the gathering included, "We ask today for God to wrap his arms around Randy, Joanne, Helen and the family, and to help us through this to a great degree troublesome time. We need to thank each and every companion, fan and relative for your considerations, supplications and affection. Today he is grinning down on us and we know he will dependably be with us. Craig went on a duck chasing trip with his pooch, Sam, and companion Pursue Morland, 22, on Dec. 27, yet their watercraft overturned, and they were pronounced missing on the 28th. Pursue was shockingly discovered dead that day, yet with Sam being found alive, family and companions stayed cheerful that Craig would make it. Lamentably, on Jan. 4, the Ohio Thruway Watch affirmed that the 29-year-old had been discovered dead.
